*Reasons why you want to be staff: Well, that's not really something I can explain. xD I like helping, and it seems like you guys need some staffers.
*Experience on proboards: I am a member on numerous proboard sites, and am a moderator on one as well. It's a small site as well, called Wild Winds RPG. It's not for horses, but I'm also on many of those.
*Area that you'd like to moderate: Any that I'm given. I won't mind any of it.
Question you need to answer
*You see two people fighting in the cbox how do you handle it? Of course, to start out I'll ask nicely, and tell them the consequences of their actions if they continue, such as being unable to use the chat box.
*What if they refuse to listen or if they just ignore you then what will you do? I'll ask you (or somebody else) for assistance, and if they still don't listen, I'll follow up on what I said I would do.
*Someone comes on pretending to be staff what do you do? Tell them that they need to stop, and that they aren't really a staff member. If they continue, they will have to face the consequences.
*Someone comes on with a mouth like a truck driver (cussing a lot) how do you handle that? I'll tell them that while swearing is allowed, it shouldn't be overused. If they continue, I will tell them that they can no longer do this, and that the consequences will be severe if they continue.
*Someone puts up an inappropriate picture what do you say to them? I will always give a warning, but I will also tell them that it is not accepted here and that they need to think of the other people that share this site.
*If im gone for a few days and someone wont stop being annoying what do you do? Well, that depends on the annoying I guess. If it's just plain annoying, I'm generally a pretty tolerant person. But if they're annoying another member, I will ask them politely to stop, and contact a higher staff member if needed.
